Cannot say enough positive things about this company ATS Awnings from the initial consultation to finished job. Quote was given January 12th and job finished Feb 3rd can't do better than that. Quality workmanship and I must say a company that has its Customer Service down pat. Communication was excellent I am so happy with my beautiful Pergola. Thanks ATS

We just had our insulated awning installed today and we couldn't be happier. This company has been fantastic from the very beginning of this process. The salesman Tom is friendly, genuine and honest, the office staff are wonderful, and the installers did such an AMAZING job. Their quality of work is fantastic and they are clearly very experienced, they know exactly what they are doing. I would 100% recommend this company, I am so happy with the result. Thank you!

ATS awning did an excellent work building a deck and roof exactly way we wanted. Also they cleaned up and removed all the remaining materials from our place the very next day morning. Highly recommend them👍

I contacted this company to get an idea of what we can do with our outdoor space to create more of a enclosed indoor/outdoor living area, perhaps a sunroom or pergola etc... We were interested in options, prices, length of time it would take. We were contacted by someone in the company to inform us that Steve will come to our home to chat with us about potential options. We were told he is highly experienced and qualified and will be able to assist with our enquiry. From the very moment I met Steve he made remarks about how busy he is and he could have been doing other jobs instead of meeting with me (I found these remarks very odd but gave him the benefit of doubt). He then made several comments on how he doesn’t have time to discuss options and plans with me, apparently he comes in once the customer has made a decision of what they want and to give final recommendations. He mentioned being the senior designer in the company. He rushed through some ideas, at all times I found that he was studying me whether i was ready to finalise my decision to go ahead with their company. The whole meeting only lasted about 10 minutes. He hesitantly answered a few of my questions , I found many of his answers patronising, “we could spend all day talking about options”. When I asked if we can reuse our recently fitted deck roof in the new structure that we will build to reduce wastage, he said “maybe you are not a client for ATS”, I found this very bizarre and harsh, as I was only asking a question. He mentioned calling his customers first “to qualify them on the phone” before he visits! (Not sure what he meant by this but I could only assume he was referring to meeting customers that know exactly what they want, so he doesn’t have to spend time). It seemed that he did not want to spend anytime talking to me about what is achievable, as he was eager to get a deal signed. I was so disappointed by his demeanour and attitude towards me . He is meant to be representing ATS and in a senior position from what I could tell, a very poor representation of ATS I would say. Just recently we build a first floor addition and we went through a similar process, where we met with a different companies and their representatives talked us through what was achievable. So I know how the process works in the building world. Especially annoyed that I took time off from work to meet Steve, as I had tried to reschedule the meeting but apparently Steve never received my text message. So I quickly rushed home from work to meet him. He knew about this circumstance and even then he made me feel like an inconvenience to him . At the end I felt that I had to say to him “I best not spend any more of your time” as he was clearly not interested in assisting us at all, unless we were ready to sign a contract with them. His rude mannerisms were shocking and have totally put me off this company. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in my own home. I have never witnessed this type of behaviour from a company representative.
