We are so thrilled with our awning - professionalism was clear from our first interaction with ATS. The team helped us to solve some space issues with our driveway to ensure that we could still fit our car in the space with the awning poles and so that we didn't have a downpipe blocking our view out the window. We also have a sloped driveway and information about the height at the lowest end of the awning was provided to us before going ahead. The colour design advice was also perfect. We have an Aquagym spa next to our back deck ATS awnings added to our existing awning a new awning covering the spa providing protection from the weather especially the hot sun. We live in Newcastle and distance was no problem for their Penrith team from the first contact to the install they were professional polite and accomodating. ATS was the only company to send out someone to give us a quote on building a carport. I worked well with the two Ians that came out, so that I got the carport I wanted. The team processed all the relevant documents and the carport was constructed within two weeks. The builders were very professional and arrived on time, starting at 7 am and completing the job by 2 pm. They cleaned up and stacked left over materials neatly and the truck picked it up.
