Weber Competition Terms & Conditions

- Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of ATS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Requirements:
- Only participants who proceed with a project and accept a quote will be eligible for the draw.
- Promotional Period:
- The promotion runs from April 1st to May 31st. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Prize:
- The prize is a premium Webber smoker valued at approximately $1,500.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on Friday June 6th, and the winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days.
- Prize Collection:
- The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from a designated location. Delivery options may be available at the winner’s expense.
- General Conditions:
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- ATS reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be publicly announced, and existing valid entries will still be honoured.
- Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with ATS’s privacy policy.
- Liability:
- ATS is not responsible for any loss or damage except where required by law. The prize is covered by standard manufacturer warranties.
