Very happy with my carport I would 💯 use them again and would recommend this company

ATS Awnings & Additions Pty Limited delivered for us an outdoor area which has just become an amazing addition to our home. Two adjoining pergolas extended out from our house have increased the entertaining opportunities immeasurably! The sales person, Tom Gleeson, was absolutely accurate in his advice of what product to use, ie insulated roof vs polycarbonate and the colours he advised, ie use white to brighten up the enclosed area. The project manager David Reed, was always readily available for any concerns up to and during construction. The installers, Cameron and Josh, were professional, and respectful and good mannered at all times, even throughout the extreme heat that they had to work under. The end product was amazing, we are so happy and would highly recommend ATS Awnings & Additions Pty Limited.

The service from ATS awnings and Additions was amazing. Tom was a really lovely person to deal with and talk about the designs, Rachel was nice to talk to and great to communicate with on the phone and huge thanks to David for quality controlling the site. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to add value to their place. Once again, thanks to Tom who really delivered on his word on making high quality products.

Hi Tom, Dave and ATS Team, We wanted to say thank-you for the hassle free, easy and smooth construction of our new carport and the demolishing/removal of our old verandah and the rebuild of the new verandah with insulated roof. Cameron the builder was fantastic, he got the whole job done in 3 days. It has definitely been put to the test with summer storms, torrential rain and gusting winds. Nothing was a problem, communication with Dave was easy and he answered any questions we had and explained everything clearly. Very happy we can across ATS Awnings after reading several reviews and receiving the quotes agreed to proceed with them. Very professional, took on a major backyard renovation removing existing structure and then adding the pergola. Honest and open upfront every single team member delivered exceptional service from the renovation guys to the new pergola and cleaned up afterwards. Honestly dont hesitate to ATS Awnings you wont regret it.

We are so thrilled with our awning - professionalism was clear from our first interaction with ATS. The team helped us to solve some space issues with our driveway to ensure that we could still fit our car in the space with the awning poles and so that we didn't have a downpipe blocking our view out the window. We also have a sloped driveway and information about the height at the lowest end of the awning was provided to us before going ahead. The colour design advice was also perfect. We recently had an awning built onto the rear of our house by ATS Awnings, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. A very smooth process. From the moment we first met with Ian until installation of our carport was under 2 weeks. Everyone we dealt with at ATS was amazing. Recently we decided to put up a carport to protect our new vehicle, after a few other quotes we called ATS out before making a final decision. ATS sent Rod out to discuss our options and we were very impressed with his professional and friendly approach from the start. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and within 45 minutes I had an electronic quote inc drawing, dimensions and materials which was all done on site. Absolutely brilliant experience with this company. From the very beginning with a quote, delivery of materials to site, construction and cleanup. We were so impressed with all staff involved. The weather was not the best but the job was completed in a very timely manner and we are so happy with our new carport. Would certainly recommend.
