Warranty and Support

If your service request is for a leak issue, we advise that you check your gutters or roof line for any debris as it only takes 1 leaf to cause a leak, and if you find that the area is clear of any debris, please send photos and video of the leak area and you will need to tick the terms and conditions box to accept the following:

• Leak issues 2 or more years from the build will incur a $350.00 (inc. GST) service fee payable in advance prior to a site inspection. If it is found to be a structural issue, ATS Awnings will happily refund your service fee – An assessment will be made on site
• If your leak issue is 2 years or less from the completion of your works, a service fee maybe payable if the leak issue is found NOT to be a structural warranty issue upon inspection.
