Our new insulated awning is absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding, and it is clear that a great deal of pride went into every aspect of the build. I also wanted to specifically recognise Tom for helping design our project in the right way up front, being responsive, honest, and clear, and Ian and Luke for bringing our dream to life. From the very first delivery of materials, the whole team was professional. Ian and Luke were an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one on site. Every morning, they arrived early, ready to get straight into work, and their professionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude never went unnoticed. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked without ever compromising on quality. They kept us informed throughout the project, communicated clearly, and were always happy to answer questions or explain what was happening. It gave us great confidence that the project was in such capable hands.

Very good experience with ATS installing our new double carport. We had previously had quotes through competitors and were left dissatisfied with the staff being unequipped to properly measure and quote and unable to give final dollar figures before signing anything. Tom at ATS was incredibly well prepared and very professional, bringing colour and product samples and working with us to make sure its exactly what we wanted. David was very helpful walking us through the process and doing final measurements following up with us until the install date. Install was quick and tidy, the two installers were very thorough on keeping tidy as they worked and all waste was collected the next work day. Very highly recommended, will definitely use ATS in the future if any more work is needed

ATS Awnings & Additions Pty Limited delivered for us an outdoor area which has just become an amazing addition to our home. Two adjoining pergolas extended out from our house have increased the entertaining opportunities immeasurably! The sales person, Tom Gleeson, was absolutely accurate in his advice of what product to use, ie insulated roof vs polycarbonate and the colours he advised, ie use white to brighten up the enclosed area. The project manager David Reed, was always readily available for any concerns up to and during construction. The installers, Cameron and Josh, were professional, and respectful and good mannered at all times, even throughout the extreme heat that they had to work under. The end product was amazing, we are so happy and would highly recommend ATS Awnings & Additions Pty Limited.

Hi Tom, Dave and ATS Team, We wanted to say thank-you for the hassle free, easy and smooth construction of our new carport and the demolishing/removal of our old verandah and the rebuild of the new verandah with insulated roof. Cameron the builder was fantastic, he got the whole job done in 3 days. It has definitely been put to the test with summer storms, torrential rain and gusting winds. Nothing was a problem, communication with Dave was easy and he answered any questions we had and explained everything clearly. Very professional, took on a major backyard renovation removing existing structure and then adding the pergola. Honest and open upfront every single team member delivered exceptional service from the renovation guys to the new pergola and cleaned up afterwards.
